How We Work: Contracts, Fees, and Deadlines
Working with us is professional, straightforward, and simple.
  • After your initial, free consultation, we will send you a quote for our service.
  • Typically, our quotes for all projects will be a flat fee.
  • Once you agree to the project description and our fee, we will send you a formal contract.
  • Upon receipt of the signed contract and the up-front portion of our fee, we will begin work.
  • We will endeavor to meet your specified deadline on all projects.
  • All our work includes one editorial revision if requested within 30 days of completion.
  • If you are dissatisfied prior to completion of the project, we will make it right or return what you have paid.
