Typically, we charge a flat fee for all projects. Under certain circumstances or at your request, we will arrange an hourly fee structure.

To get an idea of what we typically charge, view our Table of Fees. If your project involves research or is otherwise more complicated, we will adjust our quoted fee accordingly. (For example, if content for your web page requires keyword analysis, then the fee for that project will be higher than if you supply the keywords that you want to use for that page.)

All written or edited work includes one editorial revision, provided that a request for such revision is made within 30 days of delivery of the completed project and that the revision does not amount to a substantive transformation of the project.

Payment of 50% of the contracted fee is due in advance, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project (for longer projects, milestones can be identified). A contract signed by both parties will be required for all projects.

If you are dissatisfied with your completed project or with the way things are going, please discuss the matter with us. We will make it right if at all possible.

If the project is still at a preliminary stage and we cannot fix the problem, we will refund money you have paid to date. If you are dissatisfied with the completed project and we cannot fix the problem, we will forgive or refund 50% of the contracted fee.

So we will do everything in our power to make sure that you are completely satisfied.

QUOTES AND CONTRACTS

Following your initial consultation, we will send you a detailed quote for the services that you request. The quote will specify the services that we will provide, proposed deadlines, any extraordinary features, and our proposed fee. If the project is lengthy, the quote will specify a proposed schedule of milestones and payments.

Upon your approval, the terms of the quote will be incorporated into a formal contract that we will transmit for your approval and signature. Once you sign and return the contract, along with any upfront payment due, it becomes a binding agreement between us. After we have received the signed contract along with any payment due, we will begin work on the project. Please understand that we cannot commence work without a signed contract.

All payments must be submitted by check or electronic transfer.
